    I am trying to delete entries on a form from a previous year. After pressing "delete all submissions" it says my password is incorrect. And yet, here

    To be able to delete multiple form submissions at once, you will need to enter your JotForm account password to confirm the action.

    In case you would like to reset the account password, you can log out from the account, and then send a password reset email from the login page:

    https://www.jotform.com/login
