When I revert back to a previous version, the form styling is lost

    Also have a question...when I revert back to a previous version of the form, ie earlier in the day if I've made some changes, I lose all of my original formatting and it goes back to the beginning when I first setup the form.  When I first created the form, I had put in an image and then as the form morphed I changed the image to just a color background.  That was over a month ago.  When I was playing with the code for the popup window, I tried reverting back to earlier in the day and when I did I got the old formatting from a month ago.  I've since fixed it again, but this seems to be a recurring problem when I revert.

    If I understand you correctly, you are saying that if you go back to a previous version of the form, for example, a version of 2 hours ago, the form styling is lost and you are getting the styling from when the form is created.

    Is this happening with the background only, or with the whole page? Did you make any other changes except the background?


    I have tried to replicate the issue with reverting the form to different versions of that day and the form styling is reverted properly as well. I do not get the old formatting.

    Please make sure that you click the SAVE button after you make styling changes.

    You are correct.  The form you are showing examples of though doesn't have that issue.

    I have cloned your form, changed the style, made some changes, reverted back to a previous version and the new styling is still there. So, I was not able to replicate the issue.

    I have cleared the cache of your forms but I am not sure if the issue is there.

    I would suggest you clone your form but then the previous versions of the form would not be available. Make sure that you are happy with a version of the form (you won't be making changes to previous versions of that) and then clone it.

    This seems to be an issue with this specific form only.
    I suggest you clone the form and work on the cloned version of the form.

    it happens to all of my forms.  I started with one form and then cloned them to start.  It happens to each and every one of my forms.

    In this case the issue may be related to your browser's cache. 

    Please try clearing cache and check if the issue persists afterwards.

    I have also cleared your form's one from our end.
