Account suspended

    I cannot login to my account. My account has been suspended. Please advise what I can do to resolve the matter.

    I checked your account and you are suspended because of formID=80505764466563.

    Your form is asking for credit card information without using Payment Integration, this violates our Terms-of-Use.

    In order for your account to be-instated, we need to remove the guilty fields in your form.

    We will wait for your response.

    I was not aware that it was not allowed. Please remove these sections and
    reinstate my account. Many thanks and apologies for the inconvenience.

    I have deleted the guilty fields and reactivated your account.

    Please use our Payment Integration, if you must get the credit card info of your users.
