    Hi,

I just created a form on jotform and have encountered 3 problems.

    1. I am trying to create a form that accepts both doc and docx file formats. The form upload however does not seem to support docx files. Only doc files.

    2. I have tried to create email notifications to be sent to a particular email address. However the emails keep getting sent to another email address.

    3. Forms and documents that I submit are not being sent to the inbox within JotForm.

Please let me know how I can fix the above.

    Regards,

    Andrew

    Hi Andrew,

    1. I am trying to create a form that accepts both doc and docx file formats. The form upload however does not seem to support docx files. Only doc files.

-Upload field support docx files. Please make sure that docx is allowed/place in extension option box. See this.

    2. I have tried to create email notifications to be sent to a particular email address. However the emails keep getting sent to another email address.

-Please make sure that the settings are always save after editing. See this guide.

    3. Forms and documents that I submit are not being sent to the inbox within JotForm.

-What you mean by inbox in Jotform? It should always come to your form submissions page.  A number with red background will show on myforms page to see that your form had a unread submissions.

Also, I would want to request to please make a thread on each question you have. Cheers!

    Thanks and hope this helps.
