What is the Payments limit for Free Account?

Hey there, so I set up a free account and then after 4 submissions (PayPal integration), it shows I had no more payment options...is this all the free account has to offer?  Or did I set it up incorrectly?

As of February 1, 2018, JotForm has adjusted the number of payments that can be accepted per JotForm plan.

The new number of payments per plan are:

Starter 1 Free

Bronze 10 $19

Silver 100 $39

Gold Unlimited $99
