Headers are not present in pdf report (yes "Show headers and texts is enabled")

    Hello,

I'm trying to get a pdf from my submissions and i see that for some reason the section headers are not printed out...

I've enabled "Show headers and texts is enabled" and even though i can see them in the PDF preview, they are nowhere to be found in the outputted version.

I've tried to manually edit the pdf template and even though i add the header, it just simply gets deleted from the system even after i save.... and i still get nothing.

(Since it's in Greek, my headers are the section headers that are named Α), Β), Γ), Δ) )

Also, a couple of side questions that are not worthy for a new ticket

    1) Since my pdf is going to be 2 page most of the times and it's going to be printed, is there any way to have a footer with "page X/Y and the submission id" on every page?

    2) If your answer is NO to 1). Then is there a way to duplicate the submission id and submission date field? So i can at least duplicate those two both at the beginning and at the end of the document?

    Thanks

I test the submission PDF report of the form and I see that the header in the form was showing as it should in the PDF report at this time.

    Ex:

Are you saying you were not seeing the same PDF output when you test the PDF report of the form? Can you please clarify if this was the issue.

You can also try reset first the PDF template report to the default. You can do that by deleting the current PDF report.

You can achieve this by customizing the PDF report template.

You can just copy and put the footer and submission ID details on top and below the PDF template.

Let us know if this will not work.

Yes, the pdf output that is as {pdf-link} on the thank you page does not show the headers....

Also, i'm getting a phishing attempt pdf which is REALLY frustrating....

"Looks like your IP address has been banned because of a possible phishing attempt. If you believe that there is a mistake, let us know using the form below."

and i can't even complete the form because i need Acrobat Editor to do that....

All i'm doing is setting up my forms. I'm the only one with the link.

I can't even work because of this........

Also, how do i duplicate the "Submission ID" field? It's not available in the fields and i can't copy it unless i'm missing something.

The error about the banned IP on the PDF report has been moved to another thread in order to assist you better, the thread can be found here: https://www.jotform.com/answers/1398612

Also, please note that the PDF report is the same when you download it from the submissions page, included with the form emails or using the PDF link on the thank you page.

You may reset the PDF report and have the default layout with the static text included:

I have checked and it's not possible to duplicate the submission ID element on the PDF report, you may only add the fields from the form or add static text.
