Is it possible to send welcome email to an existing submitter?

After receiving about 200 registered guests on my list, I now want to send a welcome - email to all of them. Can I send through the system and add welcometext and still have their pesonalregistrationform attached? 

JotForm does not have the ability to send mass emails once the submissions have been received, you may configure an email autoresponder that may be sent as soon as the submission is sent or some time after the submission has been sent (it may be scheduled).

I think you may download the submitter's email address through a report and manually send them the email, this guide will help you downloading the submissions as excel: https://www.jotform.com/help/101-How-to-Create-an-Excel-Report
