Why are my users unable to successfully submit the form?

We have had several issues with getting some of our credit cards authorized on one of our forms (2018 Parade Registration). It appears upon follow-up with individuals that many of them are VISA but there appears to be little rhyme or reason to who can successfully check out.

On the same form we have also had issues with getting auto-response emails sent. I have tested it myself with my personal email and did not receive a response (and checked in spam folder as well).

I have just checked your form and as far as I  can see it's properly integrated with, I have submitted the form and received the correct error since I used testing payment info.

I would recommend you to reset your API info, this should help to get a fresh connection between the JotForm form and your account, this will help you resetting your payment info:

I also noticed that you have a total amount and the payment field asks for an amount as well, please make sure to pass the typed in amount to the payment field, this way the users do not enter the information twice, this guide will help you passing the calculated amount to the payment field:

If the problem persists, please provide us more details about the error you're users are getting, if possible, please share us a screenshot about it, this guide will help you uploading images as the forum does not accept attached images via email responses:

Regarding your second issue, it has been moved to another thread, we will assist you as soon as possible here:
