Form Emails: Why aren't autoresponders being sent?

    On the same form we have also had issues with getting auto-response emails sent. I have tested it myself with my personal email and did not receive a response (and checked in spam folder as well).

    I have checked your form and I can see you are conditionally sending the emails, please note that the email will be sent only when the condition is met. Also, you seem to be using the wrong field name, please check this guide to find the correct field name and replace it on the current conditions you have: https://www.jotform.com/help/146-How-to-Find-Field-IDs-and-Names
