I have published the form on my wordpress website.

When I try to send the form after filling it I am unable to send.

Do I need to fill my E-post address somewhere so I can receive feedback?

    Regards

Are you unable to submit your embedded form? If so, please provide us the web page URL so that we can test your form.

If you want to receive an email with submitted data when your form is submitted, you have to set up an Email Notification inside of your form.

Recipient E-mail address is in place according to the instructions. When I
test to click send on the published form, the send button just shows "
    pleas wait" and nothing happens.
It seems the Connection between the published form and recipient E-mail is
    not working.
    The recipient E-mail
rapidflex@gmail.com is functioning properly, but responses from the
    published form cannot be send.
The form is published on a wordpress site
    www.classicsport.se
    under the page name Offertförfrågan.

The form is not being submitted at all from your WordPress site. That is why you are not receiving the email notifications.

There is an error on the console.

Blocked form submission to 'https://oembed.jotform.com/submit.php' because the form's frame is sandboxed and the 'allow-forms' permission is not set.
