I have been receiving registrations on my working jot form for a couple of weeks now. Today it suddenly is not working.
When clicking on the form link, the registrant receives a blank light blue page with a plain white letter heading at the top which is actually the name of my form.
I thought I'd print the screen so I could show you what was happening. Surprisingly, the screen print is accurately my jot form not the blue screen. What is happening? Why is the screen blue?
