Today is the deadline for our applications and thus have a lot of people trying to submit. So far this morning we've had 10 calls from people who are hitting submit and getting a blank screen, and no confirmation email. We're not receiving their form our end either.
Can you let me know what the issue is asap?

It is a server problem while we are doing an updates. But this will not happen most of the times. It is just sometimes a delay.

Thanks - although I would like to speak to someone about receiving a refund for our account upgrade as we've been manning technical calls all morning and have had to create a word form to email out to all the applicants who have had problems today.
Could I discuss this with a manager?
