How to show different fields based on Yes and No selection

Yes or No button.

If client to choose Yes, then it will show the next page.

If the client choose No, then it will say thank you.

How do I create it?

Please advise

You may try the following:

- Add your thank you message using a Text field type.

- Then add two conditions, one for the Yes answer and the second one for the No answer.

This will show multiple fields when the Yes answer is selected, and only one thank you Text field when the No answer is selected.
