It seems that you have already fixed your Autoresponder email. I have checked it and can confirm that it is set up correctly. Also I've cloned the form to test it and received the Autoresponder email as a respondent.
If you are still experiencing any issues with it, please let me know and provide the email you enter when filling a form as respondent, so we could check it closer.
You can also check the spam folder in case it accidentally appeared there.

thanks for your reply. However, the function of sending confirmation email to registers is still not working. I tried it today and tried to clone this form and register again. But, i still cant receive the confirmation email.

Apparently, emails are sent from our side, I would advise you to check with your email domain if the emails aren't blocked there, this document could help: https://www.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotForm-IP-Addresses-and-Domains
