I cannot open the form

    Hi, 


    I can't find the application for ST. Therese Catholic Academy in Seattle WA. I was told to go to https://form.jotform.com/80115936984162  I get an error with this link. Am I doing something wrong. I'm trying to find a school application that is supposed to be linked to that number. Please help.

    -> Does the issue still persist?

    -> If so, could you please provide us more information about your experience? Some screenshots would be helpful to recognize the problem. 

    -> Was the form link sent to you by the form owner? Since we were not able to reproduce the issue, is there any possibility that you contact the form owner?
