Please note that I've created one form and I was trying to use the 100 free submissions, and after the 5th submission, the form is not accepting anymore submissions (error message is attached), knowing that I am piloting this application and intending to improve my account to be paid very soon.

You are getting that warning message because you have enabled the "Unique Submission" option of your form and set it to "Check cookies and IP".
This means that another submission coming from the same IP address will be restricted. This is used to prevent multiple submissions from the same network.
You should be able to submit your form again if you disable that option.
