we have a jotform account that two staff members are currently using, however all forms that are returned are being sent to the staff member that opened the account, and not to the staff member that is using the jotform for another need.Can you please advise if we can add her email address to these forms or if they all have to come to the one email address?

If I understand correctly, you are asking about notification emails that are sent to form owner when a form is submitted. For additional recipients, simply go to Settings tab in form builder, then emails, lastly edşt the notification email. You may add up to 10 recipients in total.
I recommend you to check Setting up Email Notifications for better understanding of Notification Emails. Also please note that, you need to add other emails to each form you created manually.
