How can I intergrate Square Payments into my Order Form

Hi, 

My name is Emma Gerard and i am currently using jotforms for my clients to place their food orders. I would like for the form to also be taking payments through the square, without it being a separate link. I want it all interegrated. Meaning, they choose their meal plans, fill out other info, click next and square pops up for them to pay for their order.

I tried clicking on forms of element, to add a new page, on the order form, but its not letting me select square as a payment.

I checked the form you provided and I noticed that you already added the Purchase Order payment gateway. Please take note that you can only add one payment integration to your form.
