Cancel the fill up of form within a certain timeframe

Hello... is it possible to have a timer set on the form where it will cancel out on its own.

For example if there was a 30 min time limit for the form to be filled... it will just close on its own and not submit.

And if the user wants to have another go he will have to open it once again.

Our Global Countdown widget allows for blocking submission or automatically submitting the form after a period of time.  Here is a link to the widget:
