How to get multiple choice answers to show in submission?

We recently created a form for our website but have encountered an issue. We have questions on this for that are multiple choice but when we receive submissions, we aren't given the choice selected by the applicant. Just the choices. How can we fix this? I've attached a picture.

I checked the last form you edited (https://www.jotform.com/80305763351149) and it looks different to the screenshot you provided. I also did not find the field "What is/are the chief.." field.

Could you please provide the form link so we can investigate it further?

I cloned the form to test it on my end and I can say that is the normal behavior of the Multiple Choice field. Please try using the Single Choice field if you want the user to select only one option.
