Can you tell me what form data is stored and where it is stored ?

I am considering JotForm for my companies online forms, where is my data kept?

I am in Canada and work for a Canadian company and have been looking at JotForm for our online form needs however my understanding of the Canadian Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy laws would require us to ensure that personal data is stored in Canada. 

Can you tell me what form data is stored and where it is stored (what country)?

Jotform data centers are located in the US(IOWA,Virginia) and EU(Germany,Frankfurt).

We collect all possible information given in your form except the billing info. You can also encrypt your form,so that you can only view the submissions/data.
