How to pass calculated costs to Square?

I am building a race registration form that has multiple calculated costs.  How to I total those costs and add them to the Square checkout?  I do not want to ask the user to have to manually enter the total cost.

You need to change your current payment type to "User Defined Amount". After that, you need to select the Form Calculation widget in the "Get Price From" dropdown.  Here's a screen capture:
