Shared folder: What happened to my forms?

I moved all of my forms to TXEd (TEA paid account) but now I couldn't see the TXEd folder. I don't see any of my forms anymore. What happened?

We were recently experiencing technical difficulties with shared folders. But I have been informed that the problem has just been resolved.
