When I copy the link to publish my jot form, it keep a name that is old.

hi, when I copy the link to publish my jot form, it keep a name that is old. It doesn't update the title of the link and I don't find the place to modify it. It  is a problem because it contains the name of the month. Please help me as soon as you can because it's urgent. Thanks in advance

Please edit/update the Form Settings page for the Form Title and Page Title. Here's a screen capture guide that you can follow:
