I have integrated Stripe into our form and have an email to auto send upon submission. How do I know if Stripe is also sending an email with a receipt? I have tried testing the form with a testing credit card, but did not receive anything. Where can I change the setting for emails from the payment processor?

Yes, the receipt is being automatically emailed by Stripe when the customer's email is provided. Your form is configured to forward the customer's email, so the receipts should work.
Please note that Stripe does not send the receipts for the Test Mode transactions.
