I did a test form ,but when i finish it its not comming to my email,please help

You can view all form submissions on the Submissions page. Here's a guide: How-to-View-Form-Submissions.
Please take note that if you use the "Test Email" button, the email alert will always be sent to the account's email address.
I checked your form and I can verify that the email notification is configured correctly. The email logs show that the notification was sent successfully.
Please check your Spam folder or Junk mail. If the email is in the Spam folder, please mark it as "Not Spam".
I also suggest you add the Sender Email (email@example.com) to your Contacts.
If the issue persists, I recommend you to use your own SMTP server as the Sender Email. Here's how: How-to-Setup-SMTP-for-a-Form.
