Sub-User Account Can't Access Forms

    Good afternoon. "VWCResLife" has a sub-user account set up as "VWUstudentactivities". All of the sudden, the sub-user account can't see any of their designated forms. We've tried logging out and back in, we've tried recreating the account from scratch, and we've tried clearing browser history and cookies. Can you assist?

    UPDATE: Effective October 2018 the Sub-User feature has been discontinued and is no longer available for creating new sub-users. If you had been using this feature previously, you're grandfathered. 

     If you would like to have additional users added to your account, please check out JotForm Enterprise.

    This should now be fixed.  Sub-users can now view the shared folder once again.  Let us know if they are still unable to do so and we  will be happy to have another look.
