You disabled our forms but we already upgraded our account to Bronze

    Hi,

    You disabled our forms but we already but we already upgraded to Bronze last Jan 18, 2018. I emailed you about the 'out of form views' notification email that I am receiving but you did not reply or made action. This is frustrating.

    I have checked our records and I was not able to find any upgrade information for your account. Do you have any other account that might have upgraded with Bronze yearly plan? Also, please provide us with the email address that you received the transaction details along with the transaction id so that we would be able to locate the charge or account upgraded.

    Hi Kiran,

    Thank you for the quick response.

    I just found out that I upgraded it using the account potcor_admin with email matthew.poako@gmail.com.

    Is it possible to transfer the subscription to buildit_oct since my developer designed the forms on this account?

    Unfortunately, it is not possible to transfer the subscription to another account since it is paid using Stripe, one of our payment processors. However, we can transfer the forms from buildit_oct to the other account potcor_admin. Let us know if that works for you so that we can proceed further in moving the forms.

    Yes! Please transfer all the forms from buildit_oct to potcor_admin.

    As requested, I moved the forms from buildit_oct to potcor_admin account. Please check.

    Also, please note that if you are using a Custom URL for the forms, you will need to update them to use the potcor_admin account.

    Custom Form URLs with the buildit_oct will no longer work.
