Sub Accounts Holders Not Seeing Forms

    Hello Our Team members who have a sub-account cannot see any forms.  Their accounts are blank. I checked my system for Users and they are still there not sure what is happening. Please advise urgently, we run the organization via Jot Form and we cannot assist our clients without the team having access to the forms.

    We are sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused. We have experienced a temporary technical glitch with sub-account users. However, it should be fixed by now. Please check again and let us know if you still notice any issue. We will be happy to take a look again.
