I set up a new integration with my test form and indeed, the date submitted for the due date does not match what is being forwarded to Trello. The due date is being set the day before the date submitted.
Here is a test submission, the date field being set to the due date in my integration. The date forwarded is March 15th:
But the due date set in Trello is March 14th:
