    It seems that the link is no longer working. I have confirmed that Jotform does not currently allow the resale of the program and do not have an affiliate program.  

    This is excerpt from our terms of use of interest:

    No Resale Of JotForm Service. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit for any commercial purposes any portion (except for your User Submissions, to which Company agrees you retain all rights) of the JotForm Service, use of the JotForm Service, or access to the JotForm Service.
