Required field error: Is the copyright release field producing an error?

    yes! thank you.  And now, the copyright release at the end is producing errors. can you please advise? thank you!

    I checked your form and it seems to be working:

    If you are previewing the form (and have set to start past the 1st or 2nd page) its likely you have bypassed some required fields. So when you try to submit it says there are errors on the form.
