Is there any type of widget or solution if the caller call before?

    As you know by now I'm trying to do order forms for different pizza restaurant

    My business scenario is
    I will answer their phone and send an order form  through an email printer to  different pizzerias
    The question I had for you now
     Is there any type of widget  or solution if the caller  call before
    I last week and I took the pizza order and sent out  it is there a way
    not to type in repetitive stuff address phone number Etc

    I'm afraid, that if you are filling the form by receiving phone calls, you will have to look through your submissions manually. 

    I can suggest adding a name field or a phone number to your form to identify the duplicate calls easier. You can take advantage of Serch in Submissions tool.

    When you find that the user had called earlier, you can edit his previous submission and send it to pizzeria again.

    I have name and phone number field
    so what is the trick how to use it?

    When I do a preview and send the email I no longer have the order number I
    have the number but not the words (order number)
    Also you explain to me last time I can edit what I want to show on the
    email I believe I took out all the calculator but the last one
    But when I email it to calculate it still show up
    Yes I understand there's an item number in there but still I don't want to
    show at the end of the email the only number I want to show is the Grand
    total on the bottom

    I cloned the form ( and I noticed that the "Order Number" text is missing in the notification email content. Please edit the email content and click the Save button when you're done.
