how to create multiple hyperlinks in a checklist

Hi there, 

Is there a way to create multiple hyperlinks in a checklist? 

For example, in the below, we want to be able to have a hyperlink on each item to guide people to the instructions.

Unfortunately it is not possible to add Hyperlinks using Checklist widget. However, you can use Text field and Shrink both the Text field and the Checklist widget and put them side by side.

It looks like this now.

You can easily customize it too and make it close to the Checklist widget. Or use custom CSS to modify it.
