Sub users: Management

    Hi,

    I'm "the web guy" at a university in Maryland, and we'll be switching our CMS later this spring. The new CMS doesn't have much going on in the way of forms, so I'm looking for alternatives.

    JotForm seems pretty robust -- I'll give the free version a test drive -- but I have one question: how do you handle user management? Is there a single user account that everyone on my campus would use? Or can I assign individual JotForm accounts, to manage ownership?

    I'd appreciate any info you have - thank you!

    If you setup a single master account, you can pay for that account only ( and you may be entitled to a 50% discount for educational organizations - you can apply here: https://www.jotform.com/education/pricing )

    Then your users can all setup their own free accounts as sub users of your master account. They will all share their forms with you via a shared folder. And in this way inherit the limits of your master account.
