I have a doubt regarding the completed form I receive when clients fill it in for me. The thing is that my form includes a part with text stating the terms and conditions of my services. But when clients fill in the form, sign it and submit it, the copy I receive includes their answers only and not the text. Is there a way to get the text too in the form they fill in and that I receive?

It's possible to include the static text on the submissions PDF report, please check this guide that will help you doing so: https://www.jotform.com/help/305-How-to-Show-Headers-and-Text-in-the-PDF
The text cannot be automatically included on emails, you will need to manually add it to the email template.
