multiple registrations forms from the same person. I spoke with them and confirms only doing once. please help

I have been testing your form and I cannot replicate the issue on my end, I can see one submission is sending only.
May you please provide us more details about how the users replicated the issue?
Did they receive any error message when tried to submit the form?
Also, may we get those duplicated submissions info?

Thank you Kevin. The person only submitted ONCE but for about 1 hour 20+submissions came in add the person received 20+ received responses NO error notice. I actually called the person to confirm they were NOT doing. Since this is a public post I cut off person name but pictures some of duplicates however it has appeared to stop I hope glitch is fixed Thank you

I have checked your account email history and found the lot of emails from the same submitter, although I could not replicate the issue, I will forward this to our second level, we will keep you updated via this thread.
