    Hello support team, I try to acces in several momments to my account i can´t do it, i ready try to send the steps for a new pasword but i did`t receive the email, please can you check my account user: servicio.cliente@cipreseshotel.com

    THX..Now i did it, why is not possible to access, from the mail acount, only with the username?

    Glad to hear things have been resolved. Have you checked the spam/junk mail folder to see if the password reset was sent there instead of your inbox?
