Did your plan structure change since last year? I have the free plan and I thought I was able to accept more than 1 payment per month.

    Also, I am an educator but I did not apply for the discount when I created my account. Do I have to sign up again?

    Yes, our plans have been restructured, the new details per plan can be seen on our pricing page: https://www.jotform.com/pricing 

    The limit has been implemented since November 1, 2017.
