How can I eliminate the same information and form data and send the email only who pays?

Hola muy interesante muchas gracias pero tengo un par de dudas luego de configurarlo y probarlo con éxito 

1. como se puede eliminar la opción para que la misma información y datos del formulario que me llegan  

no le lleguen a quien lo diligencia es decir los clientes  puesto que al hacer la prueba desde varios 

correo que llenan el formulario a estos les llega una copia tal cual 2. la opción e tener varios correos 

registrados a donde deben llegar estos formularios en solo para la opción paga ? Gracias
