I have forgotten my password

Hi I used Jotform last September to set up a form that I used with Square to post to facebook a document about an event where people could click on a button and pay for the event.  I've totally forgotten how to do that.  I have my login for jotform.com but it says my password is incorrect. I don't know where to go from here.  And I don't understand where to find the URL.  Thanks

There is no account in JotForm that is associated with the email dlkirbynm@comcast.net.

If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it, but you must know the email or the username of your account.
