Create a form from spreadsheet.

Can JotForm make an existing excel spreadsheet into a online form? I have a financial counseling business and I would like my clients to be able to have an online form for sharing their household income and expense figures rather than me sending them the excel spreadsheet I currently have

It is not possible to create new form fields using excel spreadsheet.
