how to add a loading sign while redirecting?

When I redirect to a webpage at the end of my survey, there is a long wait. The survey page is showing a blank page where the page directed to loads. Is there a way to add a spinner or waiting sign while the user waits?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to do it directly.

But it can be done under your website environment, if you are using the form's full source code and Javascript.
