I have had several reports of people trying to submit and having the system freeze up on them when they get all the way to the end. There is no payment system involved.

I have cloned and tested your form but I was not able to replicate this issue.
However, some browser console screenshots will be helpful to understand the issue more clearly.
-> Next time, when the issue encounters again, could you please ask your form submitters who have faced with the issue, to send some screenshots of the browser console if they see any errors on the console.
