    Hi,

     

    I just started using your forms, and I was very impressed.  However, when I tried to submit a test form, I was made aware that form has been disabled.  I believe it is due to the thought that this may be a phishing site, but it is a form used for people to contact the church.  Is there a way I need to create the form, so the phishing software doesn't flag it?  The information isn't used for inappropriate reasons, soley to respond to people's questions and concerns.

    Hi,

    I've check your form settings and found it to have an expiration date set to: September 9, 2012

    You may want to remove this or to adjust the submissions date limit to have your form enabled again.

    I have changed the expiration date, but I am still receiving the same error message?  I'm not sure if it is due to the other form I have?  It is on webpage http://www.duboisalliance.com/Home/Index/88.  I was able to send out a test form from this page, but then I started recieving the errors on both forms.  I received the notification from the first test submission, but now I am unable to submit a form?

    Your form is working fine in my end. Can you please try to delete your browser cache and cookies?
