I contacted you some time Before christmas and you were supposed to cancel an unknown subscription of 9,95 USD that is withdrawn from our account each month which has not happened yet. Please help!

I see that you have contacted us before claiming that you are being charged twice per month ($9.95 and $19.00). https://www.jotform.com/answers/1309822
As my colleague has explained there, there is only one active subscription for this account which is the Premium Monthly plan charged at $9.95 per month.
You can check all your invoices in the Billing section of your account. https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/billing
