My new VA created a form but she made a mistake.
She used coonie@sugarshock.com as the sign-up email instead of connie@sugarshock.com.
The user name is ConnieB
Can you please either change the email address or cancel it and let us re-create it.

I checked your account and can see that your email is correct:
But I also found that your account was dormant. This is because you have not logged in for quite a long time.
So I have reactivated your account. You should be able to log in now and work away.
