    Hi.

We have a form on our website http://wheelsofyesteryear.org.uk/entry.html

Unfortunately our website manager passed away last year and we need to edit the form for this years events. We managed to keep the name and the hosting at Ezpzhosting.co.uk

Please advise how we access the form to edit, and the forwarding addresses.

    Geoff.

We are sorry to hear that your website manager passed away.

The form that is embedded on the web page you provided was created in the account SAVE

The email address of that account is web@my*******nd.com

You can login to the account with the username or email address. If you don't know the password but you have an access to the account email address, you can reset the password.

    How to reset the password

If you do not have access to that email address, I can only suggest you to create you own JotFrom account and to clone that form. Then you can edit your cloned form and embed it to your website instead of the original form.
