    Hi,

I would like to use jotform in parts for my website, which is going to be about legal advice. I read an article of someone who tried out your service that one gets redirected over your website when clicking a submit button at the end of a formular. Is it like that? Since it will be a german website, I obviously don't want my costumers to be linked to an american website since it could seem untrustful to those who don't speak english and I also want to give them the feeling of using only one page. If it is like that, is there a licence version where you don't have it?

Also, the commercial for jotform also dissapears when you buy a monthly licence, right?

    Thanks in advance!

    Best wishes

    Sven

Our forms are set to redirect to a thank you message page. But this thank you page is customizable. If your form is in the German language, you can also translate this Thank you message to German. I think that person who wrote the article didn't know that we have this function and likely didn't ask us for it.

For translation, this guide should help https://www.jotform.com/help/298-How-to-translate-your-forms-to-different-languages.

You can also translate the Form Warnings in the form https://www.jotform.com/help/61-How-to-Change-Translate-Form-Warnings.

You can also set to redirect the form on your website https://www.jotform.com/help/38-Redirecting-Users-to-a-Different-Page. This is useful if you have a separate thank you page.

We have an Enterprise version which you can white label, know more about it here https://www.jotform.com/enterprise/.

I hope that helps. Let us know if you need further assistance.

    Hi Welvin,

thank you for your fast response!

Since we would like only our company name to appear after the formular is filled out I guess we would need the company version to build up the formulars, right? Can I find a list about prices somewhere for this version?
Since we got no idea so far how many costumers would use the hompage - would you recommend then to maybe start with another version first? If we would direct it to our Thank you page, would there still appear jotform on any formular?

You can customize a lot in your forms, so they will look unique and not relate to JotForm actually.

For example, you can use custom domain: https://www.jotform.com/help/144-How-to-use-Custom-Domains-with-Jotform

So your users will not see the URL of the JotForm.

You can set SMPT in your form so notifiers will be sent from your own email address: https://www.jotform.com/help/244-How-to-Setup-SMTP-for-a-Form

For all our packages please refer to https://www.jotform.com/pricing, regarding the Enterprise solution please refer to link: https://www.jotform.com/enterprise/

You can customize your Thank you page as you wish: https://www.jotform.com/help/211-Setting-up-the-Thank-You-Page and set it to be redirected to some other page (your website for example).

Let us know if you have any further questions.

    Thank you!
