Not able to change the email that alerts get sent to.

    I've changed the email in the 'Email Alerts' section but they always just go to the original email address that the account is set up with. I know other people who are having this issue too.

    Solved! It was the 'Test emails' that were getting sent to the original email. The actual form emails are going to the right place. Confusing but sorted. Thanks :)

    Very glad to hear the issue has been resolved. We're probably going to need to look at the wording in that feature so it doesn't confuse others.
